At Antilia Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 8 days of the delivery date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Perishable items (such as fresh produce, refrigerated goods, etc.) are generally not eligible for return unless there was an error with the order or the item arrived damaged.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team by email at info@antiliamart.com or by phone at +1 (781) 477-5507 to request a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
Certain items may be excluded from our return policy due to their nature (e.g., personal care items). This will be clearly indicated on the product page. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded, including shipping costs, upon review.
